Covid-19 Protocols

Going forward, screening for COVID-19 symptoms must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you screen positive for any symptoms, or have travelled outside the province within the last 14 days, you will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 symptoms and/or are awaiting test results, you must reschedule your appointment.

Rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours before your appointment time. 

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before for your appointment. You must have an appointment to enter. No walk in appointments are available. Wearing a mask into the clinic is mandatory, as is sanitizing your hands upon entry. Please come to your appointment alone. 

A COVID-19 informed consent form is required to be signed by each client prior to treatment. 

Please wait 2 weeks before/after your covid-19 vaccine for any anti wrinkle injections (Dysport/Botox) and 4 weeks before/after for any dermal filler. You may book in advance. Any clients that are under those time frames set out in our booking intake forms will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled. Late cancellation booking fees may apply.

Enhanced protocols for sanitizing between each client are in place for your safety and that of the clinic. This significantly decreases the amount of appointments I can accept per day, so your patience with booking and wait times is appreciated.
